What is Moment in a Box Club?

This is a subscription box series designed to make transition into motherhood and infant development easy. It will help you discover products that make motherhood easy and fun! Please see our home page for more information about the box.

What can I expect to receive in my boxes?

You will received anywhere from 4-6 high quality products for a total of 12 months, starting the month prior to babies arrival. These products will begin with mostly mom focused items and graduate to more baby centric items. 

We reserve the right to change the products in the boxes at any point, you may not get exactly what the photos on our website show. The boxes are meant to be a surprise and we work to get you the best products for you and your baby.

How much does a Moment In A Box subscription cost?

We offer three different plans to allow you to choose a perfect fit for you. If you have a promotional code you may use one per order. NOTE: this does not include sales tax.

  • 12 month prepaid- $425 for 12 boxes. This does not include a fixed shipping rate of $5 per box.
  • 6 month prepaid- $250 for 6 boxes. This does not include a fixed shipping rate of $5 per box
  • Month to month- $39.99 per box. This does not include a fixed shipping rate of $5 per box.
Can I choose what is in my box?

We are so confident in the products we are providing to you that we do not offer any options to switch. We have used our own experience with our babies to help us pick which products come to you each month. We want you to discover new, exciting, and effective products within each box!

Are the products organic?

Whenever possible we use organic and American made materials. We are constantly using our reviews from our customers to make sure that these products are meeting standards and adapt as needed. If you would like to share feedback please reach out to us at orders@momentinaboxclub.com

Can I give this as a gift?

Absolutely! We encourage our subscription boxes to be given as a gift to new and expecting mothers.

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards.

Can I change my shipping address?

Absolutely! Your account information can be easily accessed and changed whenever needed by going to my account. You can also email us at orders@momentinaboxclub.com.  

Can I pause my subscription?

Our subscription is designed to come to you and your baby during specific times of your babies development. At this time we do not offer a pause on your subscription. We don’t want you to miss all the great items that can be used with each milestone baby reaches.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you have reason to cancel your subscription box subscription early please contact us at support@momentinaboxclub.com. Be aware, a $ 25 Cancellation fee will be charged. Please make sure to email us prior to the 1st as that is when our billing is processed.

Can I send this to multiple people?

Of course, you will need to make sure that within your account information you have two separate addresses that these subscriptions are being delivered to.

What if I deliver early?

No problem! Just email us at orders@momentinaboxclub.com and we will contact you and make sure your subscriptions ship out according to your babies birthday!
