SPICUR, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, dba Moment In A Box Club (“MIABC”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the www.momentinaboxclub.com website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Site and the choices you have associated with that data.

Under California Law MIABC customers who are residents of California are able to request information about our disclosure of personal information during the prior year to third parties.
